Items are normally shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). If more than one item is placed in a single order, items may be delivered separately depending on print run and potentially processed from different warehouses.
All artwork is carefully and securely packaged and is covered by our 45-day refund policy.

Refunds
All refunds must be initiated with 45 days of original purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
We will refund you 100% of the purchase price, if an item is damaged upon delivery. We request that you take a picture of the item and include it in your refund request.
Please email us at support@wallartguys.com with an attached picture of your item and the reason for requested refund. Once your refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
We use Giclee printing with pigment ink on a Premium Fine Art Matte Canvas and, our quality is designed to meet gallery and museum longevity requirements.

We add a free 1.75 inch extra unprinted canvas material on each sides (3.5 on width and height) if you want to stretch your canvas.
